BigKick Version 1.5 is now out.

“As powerful a kick drum instrument as you’re likely to find” – Music Tech Magazine
“Never before have I jumped out of my seat whilst demoing a plug-in! – Within 2 days it was on every track we’re working on” – Freemasons
“…the range of sounds it can produce is superb … for anyone involved in dance music it is a must …” – Sound On Sound review August 2014.  Read the full review.

What’s new about Version 1.5?

More Creative Options

  • New tough mode for harder hyper-clean trance style kick drums.
  • Much longer envelopes for those bass booms and 808 style kicks.
  • Make your presets sit right in the mix more quickly with the new built in EQ. Or, if you want, leap out and smack you in the face with the punch control.
  • Keyboard controlled MIDI pitch.
  • New (much warmer) distortion and waveforms for more creative and aggressive sounds.

Even easier to use

  • New GUI.
  • Drag and drop import for attack samples. Drag sounds straight from your track into onto the Load Sample button – it’s very quick and easy!
  • Massively improved pre-set handling, including folder creation, renaming, easier pre-set browsing, pre-set-pack creation tools and much more. (watch the video HERE)

And just better!

  • Over 80 changes, fixes and performance improvements over the previous version.
  • New envelope shape for the longer kick drums for a more natural decay.

As an added bonus the updated demo version now contains 100 free kick drums from the Loopmasters library which can be installed locally. These are free to keep whether or not the full version of the plugin is purchased.
